Professor Higbee's® Stream & Lake Map of Pennsylvania is the first and only highly detailed map of its kind. The Stream & Lake Map of Pennsylvania (also known as the Lost Stream Map) was completed in 1965 after a thirty-year effort by Howard Higbee, a former Penn State Professor. The map was created with the highest of detail shows 45,000 miles of stream onto a 3 by 5 foot map. In, 1991 computers made it possible to reprint the map from its original format, making it available to the public.
